I am not questioning his ability. He will, no doubt run faster in warmer weather
I just didn’t feel that 10.99 is notable. The poster seems to think the kid will run 10.5
His 10.99 is currently 99th among Juniors this year, which is very good for Utah. Hope he sets some records.
