Spray foam easy for DIY but it is a lot of work
Like everything, the experts do it a lot faster. I've watched them do it and it goes so fast. I could never do it that quick and easy.
Look at the youtube videos and see if there are DIY videos you can get tips from.
I'd second the all sprayfoam and cut it off. Seems better to just do it all that way.
