Part of that is that he will be drawing the air from outside for the furnace. He will also put a vent into the crawl space with a hole on the opposite side of the house to keep the crawl space dehumidified.

I have a buddy who does insulation and he’s told me spray foam isn’t very hard

Spray foam easy for DIY but it is a lot of work

I did hire a contractor come out and put up some sheeting for me. I had him inspect it, and he fixed a few things
