Baker is trying to avoid a Houston Astroesque fiasco that would

further tarnish the image of the NCAA. There may not have been any cheating going on during that game but there was enough shady stuff going on at Michigan during the season to warrant a dismissal and a suspension.
The way you keep referring to definition of the word cheating sounds an awful lot like Slick Willy.
