This is what byu/the church thinks for byu employees… and it’s why they pay
Like crap
Byu has the means to blow salaries out of the water. It would make coaching at byu a different game. Right now it’s expected that LDS coaches should just want to be at byu because they’re LDS (similar to how many coaches recruit)
That line of thinking should stop
Pope being LDS should not be the deciding factor in staying or leaving if an offer comes.
If byu is serious, they need to pay like they’re serious
