It’s physically impossible to fall 10,000 feet without a parachute into water and live
You could could survive, landing into pine trees and snow or weak, structured buildings, or in a plane that free fell and broke your fall. All of those things have happened from various Heights even higher than 10,000 feet.

But it would absolutely defy the laws of physics for a human body to land in water free falling from 10,000 feet and survive
