Agreed with everything about this post. I love cars, I love driving, I love driving my car...but I hate driving during
rush hour because people drive like morons when there are a few more people on the road. Throw in any type of storms and you're looking at potential Driving Armageddon.

I've been able to WFH for the last 10 years when not traveling to clients or our international offices. I love getting together to meet with my colleagues, so we do that a couple of times a week at our corporate office (my office space above my detached garage) to work together, take care of meetings, and frankly a lot of additional conversation about nothing that has to do with work. I am certainly much more productive when they are not here, but it also is necessary to bring the team closer. Thankfully, with our US staff, I won't ever need to have a full time office unless we start bringing a lot of clients to town. If that is the case, then I will bite the bullet and get a small office that ends up being more of a conference space/entertaining space for clients.

Outside of that, WFH has been a game changer for me and frankly helps us save a heck of a lot of money.
