Nice people, honestly though the % based commission is ridiculous. I think it’s harder to sell a cheap house but they get 6% of a $100,000 or 6% of $10,000,000 for the same work.

I will tell you they tell you the horror stories about what they have to deal with to close and you just wouldn’t believe it. I heard they had to call an inspector to go through a house 2 times once.

Then what you find out is all the work and due diligence is actually done by the bank

The scam is way overdue for a makeover. On the other side I’ve had horrible experiences with homie listings too so maybe there is some value but don’t make it 6%
