Several delays in treatment, prescriptions & tests because Cigna wanted things done certain ways.
Showing up for a necessary scan only to discover the insurance hasn’t been approved just delays an already unpleasant process and adds more stress to a very difficult experience.
At some point my wife will lose her job & thus Cigna. She’ll then be on my insurance and we know it will go more smoothly.
