Got back into running three months ago and I tweaked/strained my hamstring on Saturday. I ran eight miles on it yesterday but had to not go too fast in order to not hurt it worse.
In addition to the hammie I can feel some pain up through my butt cheek and into my lower back.
Do I just need to rest it i.e. not run? Ice? Because it goes into the lower back do I consider a chiropractor?
