These two things will help with more than weight; they also help with...
... mobility and balance, mental health, cognitive decline, marriage relations, etc.

I recommend creating a routine surrounding these two items and making it a top priority in your life.

Other points here are valid (like improving diet), but with these two items, you'll find better eating habits from being satiated more often with water, being more hydrated, and burning more calories that will enhance your body's ability to process sugars and carbs in the future.
