Change what you eat so it becomes a lifestyle and not a sacrifice. I’ve used
Noom and before that I have done straight counting macros and calories. The tracking of macros got me in pretty good shape and I liked what I ate but I would still binge too much. Noom has helped me get a healthier relationship with food overall. Lots of psychology based learning and you can eat anything you want, I never feel cheated. I do feel hungry at certain times because I am highly active right now. I have enjoyed learning to think about it all as adding new things to my diet instead of thinking of it as taking things out of my diet (even though I have reduce the amount of processed foods, Ive added more fruits and veggies than I used to eat). I have done better at prepping and planning food so I don’t have to decide everyday AND make what I want to eat. Anyway that’s my 3 cents.
