Additional nights of specialty dining for 2, on board discounts, shore excursion discounts. But I agree everywhere else status is gone. I was platinum with delta and it was worthless. Too many medallion on every flight to get an upgrade, no lounge entry, priority boarding is a joke. Downgraded my delta Amex because the companion certs were virtually worthless. Now I just pay or use miles for Delta one, I get lounge access, priority checkin, and they know who the revenue passengers are and treat them better.
