"Top-seeded" teams manage to produce boring games all the time.
Whatever contrived coefficient method UEFA would use to do seeding wouldn't change that.
If the goal is to simply get whatever people think is the so-called "best matchup" on paper, we could just skip the whole tournament and handpick the two teams we want in May.
