I’ve lost 47 lbs the last 6 months: all it takes is calorie deficit. That’s it. No shots. Heck you don’t even necessarily even to exercise much although I of course strongly recommend it.
Why if it matters enough to you to spend money on some miracle drug and knowing it’ll make you sick does that not translate instead to just living life normal and eating less calories?
