The BYU way... and the BYU way needs to go and go immediately. And if that means replacing every last individual with people who have a different and more updated vision of how to run an athletic program in a P4 conference in 2024... then so be it. But there is a grand canyon sized arrogance at BYU that needs to go.

I'm so tired of the misdirection of funds and the lack of support where it's desperately needed at BYU. BYU should NOT be last in Recruiting and S&C funding. The fact that we are spending at USU levels right now is criminal.

The program demands too much considering the financial support our AD supplies. It's embarrassing, and no BYU is not doing it the right way. It's so arrogant to believe that they are.

There are a lot of things wrong about the athletic department and I knew that they couldn't get out of their own dang way when we moved to P4. I honestly wonder why we did it. It's because we haven't changed anything at all since moving. It required a significant and dedicated change, and we have not met the bar at all. NIL is a thing... get used to it... BYU is not doing it right way at all. BYU needs to back it and have a vision to support it and thrive in it. Right now we are losing the NIL battle significantly.
