Somebody early made the suggestion that Pope left because of Santiago and not
because of the $5.5MM a year... going to his alma mater that he considered his dream job.
CBers seem to turn on their own quickly.
Note: I don't dislike Pope for leaving (I understand to a degree), but I don't have to applaud his choice and I'm not abliged to cheer him or Kentucky on. In fact, I've never liked Kentucky in basketball.
