So many specific examples have been put on this site and more referred to with
personal knowledge that if you don't believe them it is you burying your head in the sand.
A few things we know about Santiago:
1. He is passionate about BYU
2. He is at times, hard to get along with
3. He has on many occasions overstepped what he should have been doing.
I'm surprised he is still employed in the AD's office and then I remember it is BYU and I am no longer surprised.
