He's getting $5 Million +incentives year 1, and $250k increases each year on a 5
year contract. Of course he left. And if he gets fired UK still has to pay 75% of his remaining contract. So if you assume his 1st year $5 million is guaranteed and 75% of the remaining contract value is $16.875 Million. So Pope got nearly $22 million guaranteed for leaving. We never had a chance to compete with that.
