Serious question. Is that enough to condemn a HC(not specifically KS) for?

It was only high school mind you but I saw a new hs coach make a couple indefensible decisions in just his first month into his first season and I said to my wife, if I was the AD I’d fire him right now.

Well the season was a big dumpster fire and the coach was fired at the and of the year but I personally would not have waited til then.
