Jimo Dashen We few, we happy few
First timer with this issue. Yesterday, my daughter got rear-ended. It wasn't too bad, but her back bumper has a large
crack running horizontally across the whole bumper. I know getting a new one painted to match would cost me about 500.00. Having a shop do it probably would get into the 1000s. Police didn't want to file anything officially, which is cool with me. But, what do you suggest my first move be if I want to have the other driver's insurance pay for the repair? Do I contact my insurance first, contact the driver's insurance? Or, should I try to strike a deal with the other driver?
