I agree that he has come challenges like recruiting that he'll need to figure
out. I just wouldn't use the term "under qualified" to describe them.

Kevin's an impressive hire as a bball mind & technical coach. I sure hope he works out. But he's also underqualified

The man has never recruited, & has no experience at BYU. Those alone are two HUGE challenges for him coming in.
