It was not incredibly polished and he didn't really have great answers for all the questions. "I'm going to need hire really good assistants." was the answer for too many things that were asked.

But I'm fine with that. Because we didn't hire him to be a hype guy. And he is going to need to a good staff. He has a vision: "Win here and prepare young men to prepare at the next level." and he has the tools to do that. In addition he comes across as authentic. Yes, he will need to hire good assistants and I'm annoyed we haven't had any announced yet.

But the core things that matter (BEING A GOOD BASKETBALL COACH) is what came through. And I'm hopeful that will connect with recruits.
