Younger kids love the flash, even though those of us who have been around the block a few times know when there is no substance. Hopefully recruits (and their parents) can see things for what they are.

And to be honest I'm not terrible worried about Young's ability to go into a home and make a pitch. He isn't going to be star-struck by some 17 year old kid. I think he will be able to sell the program.
