Strictly as a PG, he's more qualified than Kyle in all things NBA except size, imo.
Dallin's size/strength/quickness isn't great for the NBA as a non-athlete type — but I think they might all be just enough. IF he continues to improve on his skills & decision-making.
He's at least a long-shot to sneak into the 2nd round, I think. After two more season, anyway.

I wouldn't say much better. His length & height made it seem so. They're both okay athletes w/ better-than-ave strength.

Had KC been 6'2-6'3 — even w his superior reach — I doubt you'd confuse him as a much better athlete than Hall.
