One of the holes I see in Hall's game is finishing around the rim.
He's a good floor general, can read P-n-R well, good size for a PG, he just lacks the ability to finish when there's a good rim protector. He needs to work on explosiveness and finishing off 2 feet.
If he can develop that, I could see him working his way into the NBA.

I wouldn't say much better. His length & height made it seem so. They're both okay athletes w/ better-than-ave strength.

Had KC been 6'2-6'3 — even w his superior reach — I doubt you'd confuse him as a much better athlete than Hall.
