12 years ago my entire division was let go. Today I earn multiples of what I was
making at that point and love what I do. In retrospect, best thing that ever happened to me. When you work for a company, a big company, they let good people go all the time, nothing to be embarrassed about my brother.
May be chaotic and stressful for a bit however there is a decent chance you end up in a even better position and in a few years you are glad it happened!
