If I were to do it over again, I would do CS and then go get an MBA later
FWIW, I did the combined IS/MISM and it was good. I think CS would have helped me a little more given my current career path. And an MBA seems to hold more value than MISM
Take a bunch of classes though. The business pre-reqs are can be tough but doable if you study
