There is a guy at my gym who does the same lifts every day, six days a week.
How is that a good thing? Do you know anybody like that? Don't your muscles need a day off between lifting to recover?
He said he feels awful on Sunday, when he doesn't work out.
Oh, and he doesn't do any cardio.

His chest and arms are fairly big, but his stomach isn't flat.

Just a description in response to a question. What I'm judging (or questioning)

Sounds like me, except for the chest and arms.

Works for this guy--7 days a week. The gym he owns is the highest in NA, >10k ft

This is a legit way to build muscle. But it depends on how they are training.
