I agree with you but think about how crazy that sounds.
If someone wants to live within this particular 1 million square mile area of our country, its essentially unaffordable for the median family that didnt buy pre 2020.
Its crazy. If it doesn't change thats scary. If something does change, that could be potentially scary too. Its a little better here in Texas but the truth is incomes are so much lower and in many areas it may actually be worse than Utah based on that comparison.
