I'm renting a townhouse right now
I thought my rent was outrageous. Moved from my Texas where my (now) wife and I each had our own 3 bedroom townhouses. We pay more for this 3 bedroom townhouse than we did for 2 places in Texas. And if it sold for it's current "Zestimate," we'd be paying 25% more on a mortgage than rent.
