1. We agree on this. Danny would have to make another move to justify making a move to add Murray. He said he’s not going to go from 23 to 18.

The second move you cited is getting rid of THT. What other moves are out there? Ingram? Zion? KAT? I know you don’t want Luka. I’m not sure what top 20 guy Danny is going to get this off season.

2. Which of the top 10 teams do you see falling below the Jazz? Reminder the Jazz won 31 games this year.

Thunder - nope
Nuggets - nope
Wolves - maybe their ownership screws up, but they have ANT who is becoming a top 10 guy
Mavs - nope
Clippers - maybe they all get old and Balmers money doesn’t matter…
Suns - aren’t doing great in this series but they have KD, Book, Beal and an owner who is desperate to win
Lakers - LeBron is still awesome and they’re going to try to win with him. They have 3 picks this year to trade for another star
Pelicans - They won 49 games this year maybe Zion is hurt again and they trade Ingram
Kings - they were the 3 seed last year, Keegan Murray looks much improved and will likely make win now moves
Warriors - still have Steph and Draymond

So maybe 1 or 2 of those teams has some bad luck with injuries or mismanagement. But none of them are looking to rebuild.

3. Yes. The same Memphis team who won 51 games 2 years ago and was by far the most injured team in the league will have a much better year next year. Thinking otherwise is laughable.

4. Yes, Wemby who was 25/12/5/3 in the second half of the season is going to be awesome in his second season and the spurs will be improved with his play.

I’m on board that we need to let the off season play out. But as of April 25 the Jazz are far more likely to be bottom 3 in the west than top 6.
