Agreed. Also, kids losing their starting spots have the same rights.
Those kids can transfer too.
What about an actually talented QB who could start almost anywhere but has a 4 star in front of him (look at CC). Should the talented kid not have a shot to transfer to maximize his opportunities where he can start almost anywhere else just to sit the bench because he lives in the wrong boundary?
What if a coach leaves and changes the new coach changes the scheme.
Ultimately this will favor the wealthiest kids who can just move homes.
