Kalani is a great guy, a stud, someone I'd love hanging with and being friends with, just not TOP tier Big12 football HC kind of guy. I'm sure he's amazing with the players, they love him, he loves them back. I feel if Tom hired me to be HC, I could also love the guys and their families, and seriously forge strong bonds with them as lifelong alumni and friendships. I could mentor them. But we would absolutely be bottom of the barrel in the Big12.
