now struggles with postherpetic neuralgia. (For the unknowing, it's when the actual disease is no longer present but your nerves get messed up and continue to send pain messages to your brain.) He got over the actual shingles attack probably 8 months ago but says it still feels like hot knives stabbing his back. 🙁 He says he's found very little that is encouraging on the internet to solve this type of constant pain so I volunteered to maybe help find a solution.
Said he is now considering a "nerve ablation"?
Anyway, if anyone knows of solutions/options I'd be glad to pass them along.
