In a country of state where they pay a high minimum wage, I don't normally tip... And when I know
Someone in my state is making a higher minimum wage, I don't tip (Cubby"s, Cafe Rio. Chipotle, etc). But if I'm in a state where I'm at a sit down restaurant and they have the tipped wage, I tip.
