he would have made SOME progress in 8+ years! We really haven't done much (except during the COVID years), and we haven't even had many players consistently drafted in the NFL. I like Sitake as a person and admire the fact that he wanted to pattern his coaching after LaVell. The trouble was, right from the start, he failed to surround himself with very skilled assistant coaches, which is what made LaVell as winner.
