The problem with Sitake is, I don't think he has much vision with where he
wants to take the program or at least a plan on how to get there. If he does he doesn't know how to go about accomplishing it.

I'm the same way. I feel Young is going to be a better coach than Sitake. Sitake (IMO) has not met expectations
