36 inch gas (propane, but natural gas also available) range top. 4 burner with a griddle down the center. I think our vent hood was a Zephyr brand. Griddle is great with very even heat distribution.
Then Did a stack of the following:
top: combo/speed oven which also serves as a microwave.
Middle: full size convection oven
Bottom: warming drawer. HCBW didn’t think she would use the warming drawer, but turns out is has been very useful for proofing bread, softening candy before putting it in her freeze dryer, etc.
Also did a Miele dishwasher which we love.
Finally, we bit the bullet and did the 36 inch, counter depth, Sub-Zero fridge/freezer.
End result was a beautiful, functional kitchen.
We bought the house in 2003, started remodel plans in early 2018, did remodel late 2018/early 2019.
