If you qualify for the low interest rate it's probably good to take it
Do like you say and invest your money. You can get a better return than what you will be paying so it's a win.
But doesn't hurt to still negotiate your best price. The deal is the bottomline and that includes financing. So work it out and do what is the best deal for you.

If they are giving a 1.9% rate then they are subsidizing it. Negotiate a lower price and pay the $10k down.

I'd be wary of the investing climate right now; I wouldn't make assumptions about returns--not even as low as 2.9%
