Cape San Blas or Port St Joe are true beach towns. No hotels, small towns, you could Airbnb the place when not in use.

Anna Maria Island is nice, closer to the Tampa area and tons of amenities.

Florida Keys. Stay away from Key West as it’s more of a tourist trap. Islamorada would be my first choice in the keys or one of the middle keys like Duck Key or Marathon Key.
