and gas. He contributes to the scarcity by regulation in the name of climate change, taxes them for their carbon emissions, doesn't allow development of new refineries, adds taxes to each gallon and then when they have to charge more to get gas to the CA consumer, sues them for 'price gouging'.

I often wonder why we have any gas in CA. Chevron and others might just decide to stop doing business here and let's see how that works out.
