Utah is 6th on the list of highest median home prices by state. Organic growth isn't working because there is nothing

organic about zoning laws/regulatory hurdles put in place by NIMBYs. It seems to me that building a new city would be more popular than removing building regulations.

A project like this will take 20 years or more. 20 years from now doesn't look good for home prices here.
