My Grandpa was in the Air Force. It's what took his life at 86.
My mom and dad had some spots they had to get removed but nothing super serious. They never really put sunscreen on unless they were going to be out for multiple hours or swimming.
Take it for what it's worth. I think some sun is good for us. Too much is not.
