I know a new coach came in but I really don’t think you can expect a coach
to completely change the fortunes of the OL. I’m sure he’ll make a difference but not sure it’s as dramatic or as much of a guarantee as people think.

They haven’t really upgraded the line as far as talent and they lose an NFL 2nd rounder.

The depth isn’t as good either, no #2 or #3 linemen have any meaningful in game snaps. An injury or two could really expose the lack of depth / experience of the o-line.

When Entienne played bad they had Keim to replace him. When Suamataia didn’t play last game they used Entienne again. When Lapuaho went down the had Fitzgerald. They don’t have that experience in the 2 deep this season.

I’m hoping BYU can land 2 OTs from the portal with some experience. That will help imo.
