huge amount of emails I get from that address, they all get rolled up together in Gmail. 

So they got lost in the shuffle. 

It might be worth noting that those emails don't explicitly state that the commission structure is changing. Just that it is important that I migrate to their new platform to avoid disrupting my commissions.
