So you would rather not have alcohol sales and continue to lose all the business
to the edge of Highland so the revenue goes to Lehi and Cedar Hills instead? That is Highland's current issue. As soon as you leave the city there is a Walmart and 10+ food options now in Cedar Hills and a Smith's the other way with 5-7 food options. The alternative is that is going to be a field for 10+ more years or eventually high density housing if they don't get higher quality food options with alcohol. The number of non-residents that come through the city to get to AF canyon and do enjoy alcohol I think will make for a successful area.

Plus these restaurants being sit-down is something that the area needs so bad. Would be nice to not have only fast casual options in the area.
