I worked for an amazung company in Salt Lake in the late 90s

Early 2000s. Our founder CEO was genuinely concerned with well being of everyone that worked there. The company was profitable from the start. He would travel around to all our ofgices around the western U.S. right before Christmas to attend each offices holiday party and personally thank each employee. I made significantly more money later in my career working for global financial services company, but I was never as happy as I was working for someone I liked and respected
