she said there were other "hold outs" as well but they slowly got worn down by a
particular juror with a strong personality and they got to the point where they all just wanted to end it and go home. I've seen that same scenario play out several times but not as a juror. If you don't think there are frivolous lawsuits being awarded large sums I'm pretty confident you haven't spent much time in a court room with jurors.
