No. it was horrible. In retrospect I would have cut bait and eaten it, as painful as that was. Dragging it on SUCKED.
and the reality is the dude doesn't have the money. The only thing you could hope for is to have him get the work done.
One thing I also did that you could try is have an attorney friend write up a basic letter stating of your intent to sue for a bunch of crap if he doesn't respond or do the work. I did that too and it lit a fire for a little while.
